Eligibility for Income Tax officer: Education qualification: You have to complete your graduation in recognized university. Age limit: Your age should in between 18-27 yrs. The eligibility criteria for Income tax officer exam are as follows.......... * The candidates should be a graduate in any stream , from a recognize university , if the candidates is a commerce graduate then it is good for him. *The age limit is 18 - 27 yrs. Income Tax Officer examination is going to be conducted by SSC(Staff Selection Commission) in the month of April 2012, the notification for this will be come out by February or March this year. One should be an Indian National having graduation degree in any stream especially in Commerce within the age group of 18 to 27 years is eligible to apply for ITO exam. The exam pattern comprises of:- General Intelligence General Awareness general English Numerical Ability The questions are of all objective type. If you are interested be updated with leading news paper and Employment News to know regarding ITO exam notification. |

INCOME TAX OFFICER exam is generally conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Its a great opportunity for you that your examination is going to be held in the month of April and notification generally come in February or march so well prepare for it..as the 1.)exam pattern for this consists of:-- a)General Intelligence:It consists of your ability of reasoning ,how much you can analysis a problem. b)General English: It consists English Language and will be based on error recognition, fill in the blanks using verbs, preposition, articles etc, vocabulary, spellings, Grammar, sentence-structure, Synonyms, Antonyms, sentence completion, phrases and idiomatic use of words etc c)Arithmetical Ability: It consists of problems relating to number systems, Computation of whole numbers, decimals and fractions,percentages, ratio and proportions, averages, interest, profit & loss, use of tables and graphs, mensuration, time & distance, ratio and time etc d)General Awareness: It consists of the general awareness of the environment around you and its application to society, knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observations and experience in their scientific aspect . Income Tex Officer Eligibility To become a income tex officer candidate must have graduate degree in any stream from recognized university. Age of candidate should be between 18th to 25th years on the first July of the year of exam(Relaxation for sc/st/obc in upper age). Physical Ability for male- Height 157.5 cms Chest 81 cms (fully expanded with a minimum expansion of 5 cms)relaxation of 5 cms for Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas, Kumaon Region, Nagaland Tribes. Physical Test- Walking- 1600 metres in 15 minutes Cycling- 8 Km in 30 minutes Physical Ability for female- Height 152 cms (height relaxation of 2.5 cm) Weight 48 Kg (weight of 2 kg for Gorkhans, Garhwalis, Assamese, Kumaon region and Nagaland Tribes and members of ST.
