Re: How can I join CID being a candidate of 12th pass in Commerce? if you are are graduate from any recognized university with any discipline are eligible for CID exam.Criminology But your age should be in between 20 to 27 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.The maximum attempts for SC/ST candidate is Unlimited. For OBC candidate it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years. Also you must be in citizen in India. |

Re: How can I join CID being a candidate of 12th pass in Commerce? you are not eligible for cid(crime investigation department) with 12th standard. after completing your graduation course you are eligible to cid. cid(crime investigation department) for this you can apply cgpe(combined graduation preliminary exam) conducted by the upsc once in a year. eligibility criteria: candidate should be complete graduation from a recognised university 2.age limit is 20 years to 27 years 3.final year candidates also eligible. 4.female candidates also applicable any information about this visit the www.upsc.gov.in all the best........ |

CID stands for Criminal Investigation Department. The candidate need to crack the CGPE(Combined Graduation Preliminary Exam) exam. Eligibility criteria: The candidate should be citizen of india. The candidate complete the graduation with any stream from recognized university. The age limit of the candidate should be in between 20 to 27 years. The age relaxation of sc/st candidates 5 years and obc candidates is 3 years. Both male and female candidates are eligible for this exam.
