There are many universities that are offering this lateral entry scheme for Diploma students. You have to apply for the entrance exam and score a good rank to get the admission into your choice of college. Hence prepare for entrance exam and apply for it . The following colleges are good for B.Arch. lateral entry: -Sri Venkateshwara Educational Trust -Satyam Institute, Mumbai -Study Guidence Education Consultant, mumbai -Thapar University -Jamia Millia Islamia University , Delhi -Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin -Icon CAD Education, Mumbai -M H Saboo Siddik Polytechnic, Mumbai -Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai All the best. |

Yes surely you can take direct admission in the second year of b.arch after completion of diploma in b.arch. Every university/college has its lateral entry procedure for diploma students. The selection is totally based on your percentage in diploma. So for taking admission to the b.arch you need to talk to the head of the organisation from which you want to take admission.
