You can get a job of Lectureship by appearing through the NET exam for which you are eligible to apply with your present qualification provided you fulfill the other criteria.

NET - NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST conducted by CSIR twice every year one in June and other in December for selection of Lectureship and award to Junior Research Fellowship(JRF).

The candidate having Post Graduation Degree in any stream with 55% marks(50% for SC/ST candidate) from a recognised University not bellow the age of 19 years is eligible to apply for NET. There is no upper age bar for those applying for Lectureship.

As you have passed M.Sc. in Zoology, you are eligible to apply for CSIR NET.

For more information you may log on to http://www.csirhrdg.res.in

Regarding other job you can apply for Civil Service exam conducted by UPSC for IAS/IPS/IFS/IRS etc. and other job like Probationary Officer in Bank.
