Re: Details regarding available government jobs for B.Tech (IT) students? B.Tech IT students can apply for numerous jobs in government sector. If you are interested you can apply for technical positions in different government sector companies like CDAC, SAIL, and NPCIL etc. You can apply for jobs in Railways provided you qualify in RRB exam as part of this. You can apply for positions like Assistant Engineer, IT administrator, Junior IT officer etc. You can also try for jobs in government divisions like Civil Services (IAS, IES, IPS), Defense services (Navy/Air force/Army), Income tax, Customs department etc. One can also try for Specialist Officer Positions in Nationalized banks. For all the above mentioned jobs, you need to appear for written examination as part of selection process. |
