There is nothing so important in Physics for AIEEE. And on the other hand, everything is important in all the subjects because a better result requires perfect preparation which can done by completing the whole syllabus with full understanding.
The syllabus for AIEEE is provided below.
Also, I have provided some of the attachements which will help you for a good result.

In All India Engineering Entrance Examination, its difficult to categorize the topics as most important and least important. If you see the past year question papers, you will see that equal emphasis is given to each topics provided into the syllabus and even if you find few topics common in last couple of years, its doesn't mean that those questions will be repeated this year or the upcoming year. Therefore, I would never advise you to follow only few specific topics, instead you should complete the syllabus and work hard on every single topic even those which you do not find important, as entrance exam could surprise you anytime and the best way to be prepared for such surprises is to be well prepared and having in depth knowledge in every topic.
As far as Syllabus for Physics is concerned, it comprise of the following subject areas:
