NET Stands for National Eligibility Test and this examination is conducted twice in a year by University Grants Commission .

NET Exam dates :-

Date of Notification :- 12.04.12
Last date for receipt of application :- 30.04.12
Last date for receiving the documents at the test Center :- 07.05.12
Date of examination :- 24.06.12

NET Examination fees :-
----------------------------

General Category :- 450 /-
OBC Category :- 225/-
Other reserved category :- 110 /-

Age limits :-
---------------

The candidate age not more than 28 yeas as on 01.06.2012 and upper age limits is given to the reserved categories for JRF .
There is no upper age limits for applying for Lectureship .

Qualification :-
------------------

Master degree with any desire subject of from a recognized University .
The candidate must secure at least 55% aggregate marks .
Final year of master degree (P.G) candidate may also eligible .
