Re: Career options after 12th standard with Non-medical stream? Hi, After 12th you have number of careers to choose and then you have to choose your subjects for graduation accordingly. It is upto you and your interest. Of course Medical is one career and then its allied courses are also there, but then you don't wish to go in it. So, these are some other options to choose from - Engineering- B Tech / BE/ Diploma Arts- BA, Commerce- B.Com, BA LLB, CA Computer- IT , BCA, B.Sc. IT Science- B.Sc. Management - BBA There are many more courses also in creative field. Think again and as per your interest , make a wise decision. |

You should your career in the age of 14-15 years.In that age you can enter the 12th stander ed.This is the formative age to shape your career. After completion of 10th every student has confusion,which course we will take. after completion of your 10th ,in 10+2 you will have 3 options. -science stream -Arts/Humanities -commerce Science: There is a common belief that science is the most important subject compared to other 2 options.You are interested in Engineering you can go for MPC(which is the combination of Maths,physics,chemistry)you are interested in medicine,agricultural,dentistry you cab go for BiPC(which is the combination of biology,physics,chemistry). Arts/Humanities: It is not widely appreciated that humanities.But Humanities is also offers a many options.After completion of 10+2 you can go for BA degree course.Then after you can for Journalism,Performing arts,Advertising travel and tourism and you can sit for civil services also. Commerce: After science,commerce is the best option.If you go for CA,this course is a good option. After M.P.C also you can go for LAW. Finally its purely depends upon your interest. So choose a good course for your bright future. |

There are many career options after completing your 12th with non medical stream is having the most career opportunities as compared to other streams. that is the only region why most of the students to choose Non medical stream. Courses available after completing 12th with Non Medical stream:

Engineering with your subject of interest. Otherwise you may go for any of the under Graduate studies like:- B.Sc.-Bachelor of Science B.Com.-Bachelor of Commerce BBA-Bachelor of Business Administration BCA-Bachelor in Computer Application LL.B.-Bachelor of Law(Five years Integrated Law) After which one may apply for various job opportunities like:- Civil Service Exam to become an IAS/IPS/IFS/IRS etc. officer CDS- Combined Defence Service to join defence services After 12th you may opt for one of the professional course like:- CA-Chartered Accountancy CS-Company Secretary CWA-Cost and Work Accountant After 12th you may join Defence service by appearing through NDA exam OR you may apply for Railway Job like SCRA(Special Class Railway Apprentice) Hence different career options are there which can be chosen as per your interest and qualification. |

Re: Career options after 12th standard with Non-medical stream? Hi Non Medical Stream means that a candidate has studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and not biology. So you have to set aside all the medical and related fields. Now I am listing down a few of the available options that you can take up apart from the medical. 1. Engineering in ECE, CS, IT, CSE, ME, etc are some of the famous ones. You can sit for the entrance examinations all over India, and on clearing one, you may apply for the course you want to take up. 2. Graduation from any university in science subjects, like Physics, Chemistry , Mathematics Honours, etc 3. You can take up BCA, BBA, BBM and other 3 years professional courses from reputated universities. 4. You can change your field, and take up Retail, Hotel management, Aviation, Web designing, graphics, music, etc 5. If you are of BiPC then its bit difficult to think apart from your medical field because you are already well taught with all the medical terms and all.. you will not have a good scope if you take some technical branches like Engineering i think its not possible too... you have to privately again do your inter regular course or polytechinc regular course(which is time taking) or else you can also do some diploma courses you can also opt for arts degree.. but i think it is not that good move to move apart from your stream ... so think up on it.. best wishes ~aditya~ |

You should ask this question to yourself first. When you get to know your wish then you put the question that how to make a fantastic career in the field of your wish. If you are confused about figuring out your exact wish then you should mention the kind of lifestyle you want to spend in your future/your nature(socially dissolved/friendly/hard working etc.) etc. Some of the career paths after 12th (non medical stream) are as follow; Engineering BBA NDA Hotel Management Economics(Hns.) C.A. Mass Communication, Journalism, Animation, Multimedia etc. Find your interest first and then choose the course best suited to you. |
