Re: Opportunities in HR in future? HR and Marketing combination good for future? Hey there, In this extremely competitive world having one specialization is of course a disadvantage. I being a MBA graduate, tell you from experience that possessing a holistic knowledge is very important. So it is best to go in for a dual specialization as you desire. Alternatively you can take up some distance degree diploma certificate from IGNOU or ICFAI which spans for a year. So at the end of 2 year MBA you would have specialized in all subjects ( Mainly HR, Marketing and Finance). This would give an edge over the others when you sit for placements. Trust me I tell you placements are very hectic and companies are in search of the BEST talent. So be prepared. |
