Re: Am I eligible to do 3 years diploma from Polytechnic college after passing 10th and 12th some years back? I am a govt employee and want to do part time polytechnic diploma. I am 12th (PCM) with 66% marks. Is there any provision of lateral entry admission in part time diploma like regular? 4 years is a long time. How can I save years? Pl help...! |

For this you need to contact directly to the university or the polytechnic in which you are seeking admission. While some of the institutions consider the case of gap year if you have a valid reason for it, some doesn't consider the case anyhow. To clarify this I will suggest you to directly contact the institute regarding this issue. |

There is not age limit to apply. Even candidates with gap in education can apply. Candidates who have taken more than two chances to pass 10th standard are not eligible. Since you have already passed 12th you should consider pursuing degree course instead of diploma for better career prospects. |
