I know in first round it's closed under 5000 for top branches and under 8000 for lower branches. But there are some students who get addmission in different institute through aieee,state level entrance exam. So,those students cancel there seats and then you have a chance to get addmission there.one of my freind studying their with civil branch and his rank is 10100. so,your chance is too in second round.
