I checked and found that following college and branch you can get. IIT KHARAGPUR- CHEMICAL, CIVIL, INSTRUMENTATION IIT KANPUR- CIVIL IIT DELHI- CIVIL, ENGG.PHYSICS IIT MADRAS- CIVIL, CHEMICAL, METTALURGY IIT ROORKEE- CIVIL, CHEMICAL, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL IIT GUWAHATI- ALL BRANCHES and many branch you can get in these colleges but i mentioned only good branches. You should take civil in IIT DELHI/KANPUR if you are interested in civil. Otherwise you should take electrical or mechanical in IIT ROORKEE. BEST OF LUCK |

Re: Which branch and college should I choose after scoring 1658 rank in IIT JEE? dear friend , congrats for your grand success in the iitjee exam. under the rank 1658 you can get admission in the iit's like iit kanpur , iit kharagpur and iit mumbai. dear friend you can get the branches like electrical , computer , electronics. if you are interested in the government jobs in the future then it is better to choose the electrical or civil branch in iit's. thanks and best luck |
