Re: How many seats are there under AIPMT and what is the reservation criteria? dr, friends "AIPMT Seats Reservation Reservation will be made as per following details in 15% All India quota: (i) 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates, (ii) 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates, (iii) 27% seats are reserved for non-creamy layer OBC candidates in Central Educational Institutions only as per Hon’ble Supreme Court order dated 10.04.2008. (iv) 3% seats are reserved on horizantal basis for PH candidates. Main Exam In AIPMT 1900 MBBS and 250 dental seats are available There are 127 medical colleges and 30 medical colleges affilated under AIPMT The reservation according to the government rule- 15% is reserved for SC candidates 7.5% is reserved for ST candidates 27% is reserved for non cremy layer OBC candidates 3% is reserved for horizantal basis PH candidates 47.5% is reserved for general candidates |
