Those candidate have completed Masters degree with above 55% marks are applicable for NET exam.Marks relaxation is provide for SC/ST/PH category. For NET exam there is no Age criteria.Only for JRF , your age should be in between 21 to 27 years. thr are many coaching centers in delhi , those who gvs coaching of net so its betr u join the coaching centr |

You have completed MA in Hindi so you are applicable for NET exam.I have attached some Question Paper of Previous year for NET exam. You can prepare all the Question Very carefully with the help of your books.Also you can buy some top level books and prepare those books. Then you can definitely cracked NET exam.
