Hai, NDA(National Defence Academy) exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year i.e NDA-I, NDA-II. NDA has three wings: Indian army, Indian navy, Indian airforce. Eligibility criteria; The candidate should be complete 12th standard from a recognised board. Percentage is not required for NDA. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Girls are not eligible for NDA exam. You must be a citizen of india and physically fit. Important dates for NDA-II: Date of notification:02-may-2012, Last date for application form: 04-june-2012 , Date of examination : 19-aug-2012. The registration process for this exam is going on now from the date of notification dated 05.05.2012 till 04.06.2012, the last date for submission of application Form. NDA is NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC two times a year as NDA-I and NDA-II for admission to three wings of NDA:- INDIAN ARMY INDIAN NAVY INDIAN AIR FORCE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA:- -The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male. -The candidate should have completed 12th standard from a recognised Board. The final year 12th candidate also eligible for NDA. -The candidate should be within 16.5 to 19 years of age -The candidate should have possessed good Physical and Mental health. UPSC has announced 2nd notification in April for NDA exam. there is some important dates Last date for application form: 04-06-2012 exam date : 19-08-2012. Eligibility -candidate should be Indian. -candidate should be male and unmarried. -candidate should be 12th class complete with mathematics and physics subjects. -candidate age should be in between 16.5-19 yrs old. you can apply now for this exam and next exam will be held in the next year. for more details you can visit: http://www.upsc.gov.in/ best of luck. |

To become eligible for the National Defense Academy [NDA] exam, one must have qualified the +2 level of examination conducted by a recognized board. Since the NDA exam is conducted for all the major three Defense Forces of India, the eligibility criteria varies. If you are willing to join the Army wing of the NDA, you do not need to qualify +2 level of exam with any specific combination of subjects but in order to be considered eligible for the Air Force and the Naval Wing of the National Defense Academy, qualifying +2 with Physics and Mathematics is compulsory. The minimum eligible age to apply for NDA is 16 and a 1/2 years and the maximum age limit is 19 years. |
