Re: How to join Air force after scoring 58% in intermediate? Hai, To join in airforce you need to appear NDA(NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY) exam. UPSC conducting NDA exam twice in every year. NDA-I, NDA-II. NDA has three wings: Indian army, Indian airforce, Indian navy. Eligibility criteria: The candidate should be complete +2from a recognised state board with PCM subjects. Candidate persuing 12th standard is also eligible for this exam. Candidate should be a citizen of india. You should physically fit Age limits is 16.5 years to 19 years. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Selection process: Written test, SSB interview, Medical test. Re: How to join Air force after scoring 58% in intermediate? Hi If you wish to join the Indian Air Force, then you should sit for the NDA Examination. NDA - National Defense Academy This exam is basically conducted and organized by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year in the months of April as NDA1, and August as NDA 2 to select candidates for the various streams of Defense in the Army, Navy and Air Force. The Basic Eligibility Criteria to apply and sit for the NDA examination are as follows :- 1. You should be an Unmarried Male Indian. 2. Your age should be within 16.5 years to 19 years as in the year of applying. 3. You should be a minimum 12th pass from a recognized school or state board in India. But no percentage requirement is there. So you should be a clear pass thats all. 4. Physical fitness is also very must. 5. Physics and Maths are compulsory subjects in your HS, If you wish to apply for the Air Force or Navy. So you need to meet these before you can sit for the exam or even apply for it. Coming to your query, As you can see that the percentage is not required so yeah with even 58% you can apply join Air Force. You just need to clear the exam and interview. Once you have applied for the NDA, and submitted the form, You have to wait. They would send you the admit card by themselves if they find you eligible in all dimensions. NDA Eligibility Details : The candidate must have to pass 12th class from a recognized university the final year students also apply for this NDA Exam there is no any percentage restriction in 12th stands age limit between 16.5 to 19 years candidates must be male person & unmarried candidate must be citizen of India NDA Exam is conducted for 3 wings Indian Air Force Indian Navy Indian Army
