The areas where biotechnology has grown in India include Bioinformatics, Agricultural biotechnology, Bio fertilizers, National Bioresource Development, Plant Biology, Marine Biotechnology and the like. According to a survey conducted by Ernst and Young, Asia is set to become a hotbed for biotechnology related research and development and India is supposed to emerge as a destination which will see a notable expansion in the biotechnology sector. best of luck |

You want to do Ph.D after M.Sc Course.Its very nice.Its depends on your skills and capabilities.Most of the colleges require you to have at least 60% in your graduation.Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require at least two Research Publications for the Ph.D programs.This course is of generally 4 years duration and is provided by many institutes across India. The minimum eligibility is that you should be a post graduate in any stream of science. other option to get admission in colleges for ph.d. course after M.Sc. course you should have to apply for GATE entrance exam and have to pass this exam to get admission in private colleges for PhD. program...You can go with your personal interest.
