To become an income tax officer you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Your age should be between 18-27 years.

The selection procedure includes written exam and interview.

There are two papers for written exam. Paper I includes general awareness, general intelligence and numerical ability.
Paper II contains hindi and english.

I have done my graduation with b.comm and i dont how to apply or what are the critaria for becoming Income tax officer

Hai,
You should not mention in which year B.com you are currently persuing, but iam providin you all the information about income tax officer.

Eligibility criteria:

The candidate should be complete graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.

Final year candidates are also eligible.

Candidate should be a citizen of india.

Age limits is 21years to 30years, 3years age relaxation for the OBC candidates and 5years age relaxation for the SC/ST candidates.

So if you are a B.com graduate or final year student you are eligible to apply income tax officer.
