Hello Friend, To prepare for PSU Exams, you need to thorough with the Technical part, which means that you must prepare first for the subject which you have studied in B.Tech. Once you are through with that then you can think that most of your work is done. If you are preparing for Exams like GATE and IES then you are most definitely ready for most of the PSU exams. You can refer to these books:

Re: Books to be referred for PSU exam for electrical and electronics branch? to clear PSU examination you should have very good technical knowledge. then only you will be able to clear the different PSU examination like ISRO, NTPC, ONGC, DRDO, BHEL and many more.to be strong in technical knowledge any reference book is not sufficient. if you want to be good in technical subject then you have to study text book. if you studied text book in your B.Tech study according to the syllabus then it will be very much easy for you to clear PSU examinations. in PSU examinations question generally come from the basic part of the subject. never question come from deep. just basic knowledge is sufficient to answer PSU question papers. if you think that you have very good knowledge in subject then you may buy some book which are for GATE examination. many PSU question papers question come from GATE paper. Konodia for GATE examination is very good book. you may go for the book GATE by G K Publishers. now a days so many PSUs are recruiting candidates through GATE examination. so if you prepared for GATE examination and if you can clear the GATE examination then easily you will get chance to be selected for PSUs. if anyone from the starting of engineering set a goal to work in PSU then i will suggest you to start your preparation from the third year of engineering. because so many question in PSU come from 3rd year syllabus. first year mathematics is also important. in every PSU examination mathematics question come and mathematics part contains good marks.also it is more easy to get good marks from mathematics part than technical part.so you must be prepared well for the mathematics part. best of luck. |
