Re: Can I join Army through NDA being a Bi.P.C. candidate? sir, I am a bi.p.c student. I have completed my 12th class and I wanna join in the army is it necessary for me to write the 1st paper of NDA as it contains totally mathematics? |

Re: Can I join Army through NDA being a Bi.P.C. candidate? It seems that you are interested in doing NDA course which is conducted every year. NDA stands for National Defence Academy. The eligibility criteria for NDA is given below : 1. The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination or any equivalent examination in aggregate with physics, chemistry and mathematics. 2. The candidate must be an Indian. 3. The age limit is 16.5 to 19.5 years. Hope for your good future scope. If you are interested in defense services then you can go for NDA exam. NDA stands for National Defense Academy.NDA exam is conducted by UPSC... Through NDA exam you can enter into the one of the 3 wings.namely Air force Indian Navy Army.. After clearing the NDA exam you can enter into the one of the defense services.. Eligibility for NDA: You must be citizen from India You have to complete your 12th standard from any recognized board. Your age should not more than 19 years and not less than 16.5 years.. If you are interested in Indian NAvy should have the Mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject.. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.Girls are not eligible for NDA exam. Selection procedure: The selection procedure can be based on the following phases. Psychological Aptitude test Intelligence test. Only those students can appear for NDA exam who have subjects Physics, Chemistry and Maths in their 12th board exam or equivalent exam. Only unmarried male candidates of age group 16.5 to 19 years are eligible to appear for this exam. Candidate must secure at least 60% aggregate marks in 12th board. But you can join army after you complete your graduation which you can do in any field. |

Re: Can I join Army through NDA being a Bi.P.C. candidate? the nda exam is conducted by upsc and its eligibility criteria include a min. of 17 yrs, 12th pass with physics and maths as compulsory subjects and free from any serious medical disabilities that may render him/her unfit for the course. as such you should have maths and physics as compulsory subjects to sit for nda entrance exam. |
