Re: Can I Give JEE 2011 in OBC Category after Giving JEE 2010 In General Category? of course, you apply as a OBC candidate despite of being general in previous exam of similler one. but in time of councelling you must to prove that you are a OBC(non-creamy layer) candidate.Next year's application is a fresh application and it has got nothing to do with your previous years application. Also more than one attempt is permitted. all the best!!!!!!! |

Re: Can I Give JEE 2011 in OBC Category after Giving JEE 2010 In General Category? Hello You are telling that you have the certificates of OBC category and previously applied as General category. I think you may have those certificates too. It is your life going to be in trobule if anything found wrong. Dont repeat this in the next time. Yes, surely this year you can apply as OBC category and one thing make sure that you have all the required proofs with you |

you can give IIT exam in 2011,but at the time of counselling you need to prove that you are a OBC candidate. if you have certificates then no need to worry at all.. now go for the exam, crack it and take admissions in ANY IIT .. and my blessings are with you.. |

By the way there is no any problem that in the previous year you have fill up the form as a general category students, if you have the OBC certificate which should be signed by the district magistrate. then you can apply the application form as a OBC candidates and there will be no any problem. |

Re: Can I Give JEE 2011 in OBC Category after Giving JEE 2010 In General Category? Definitely yes, you can do that. Since you have a bona fide OBC certificate, you can show the same and apply for the JEE exam next year in OBC. Next year's application is a fresh application and it has got nothing to do with your previous years application. Also more than one attempt is permitted. |
