If any backlogs at present they have to clear when they are attending for interview The government jobs are jto,hal,ecil,iocl,bel,bhel,ongc |

Re: B.Tech 4th year students can apply for PSU or government jobs? dear friend, As you are in final year of your B.tech course then you can appear in all PSU exams.. But you must have 60% aggregate through out the career to appear in PSU exams.. You can apply for PSU jobs like- 1.ONGC 2.NTPC 3.BHEL 4.BEL 5.ECIL 6.GAIL 7.SAIL 8.Railways 9.BSNL JTO 10.Civil service exams like- IAS, IES, IPS, IFS. etc.. You can go for any of these fields.. All the best.. |

PSU i.e Public Sector Undertaking exam is vary from company to company. For maximum PSU exam required at least 60% marks in graduation. A engineering graduate student can apply for the Job in Bhel, ONGC, HPCL, NTPC etc.* General Eligibility Criteria for PSU*:- 1) The minimum 60% marks in graduation, 10th and 12th.* 2) There are no any backlog at the time of appearing of exam. 3) There are no more then two year gap in the academic year. Re: B.Tech 4th year students can apply for PSU or government jobs? sir the advertisement for ongc recruitment says--Final year/ semester students who are awaiting their results on or before the interviews, which are likely to be held in October/ November 2011, may also apply for the posts.---I will complete my b.e. degree in 2012. So can I sit for this exam?? |

Yes B.Tech students can apply for PSU government jobs The criteria is that you need to 21-27 years old at the time of taking examination You need to have Indian Citizenship You need to be a graduate with certain minimum percentage at the time of interview in order to take part in selection There should be no backlog |

Yes B.Tech 4th year students can apply But condition is that at the time of interview you should be a graduate with certain minimum percentage of marks as asked by the PSU BHEL SAIL HAL DRDO IOC ONGC HPCL BPCL These all companies ask for B.Tech graduates |

Re: B.Tech 4th year students can apply for PSU or government jobs? yes B.Tech 4th year pursuing students can apply for various government jobs and public sector job. in the notification of every government jobs and PSU jobs it is clearly written that final year students are eligible to apply or not. in some examination they give some specific date before which you must have your final year result to be eligible for that examination. but in most of the examination B.Tech final year students are eligible. in different PSUs examination also final year students are eligible. some PSU examination for B.Tech students are ISRO BHEL DRDO BARC NTPC BEL and many more. before apply for any examination go through the notification of that examination carefully. you will get all information about that examination and check you eligibility before apply for any examination. best of luck. |

Re: B.Tech 4th year students can apply for PSU or government jobs? Sir, You can give some exams which want qualification atleast 12th pass, like Bank exams,lic etc. For IAS and IPS Exams you have to complete your B.TECH because it want atleast GRADUATION. |
