Sir i am working in Indian coast guard ship engine section with diploma mechanical engineering as basic qualification for last 22 years. aged 42 yrs, now i have completed AMIE(mechanical) and MBA. What is the procedures to join in merchant vessel as engineer officer. whether i will be exempted from part A examination. OR In NCV class IV what are all the subjects in part A and Part B.
