Re: Can I write VAO exam after passing M.Com? I am 33 years old No, you cannot write VAO exam if you are 33 years old. The eligibility criterion for this post is a 12th class or a graduation. 21 years is required to become VAO. 30 years is the higher age necessary for this. Reserved categories get age relaxation. Written exam will be conducted as part of selection. You will have to focus on subject areas like GK, Reasoning, English skills etc for this exam. |

I am 33 years old Village Administrative Officer (VAO) conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC)  Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification- -The candidates must have passed SSLC public examination or its equivalent if you havent passed it and posses a higher degree then you will not be eligible for it -you must have adequate knowledge of tamil also i.e. you must have passed SSLC exam with tamil as one of the language or from tamil medium or you must have passed second class language test in tamil Age The minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum 30 years of age. however a relaxation of 10 years will be given to SC/STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCM and Destitute Widows of all castes Papar Pattern - There will be 2 types of paper 1) General Knowledge with General Tamil and 2) General Knowledge with General English -Marks (150+150)= 300, Duration will be 3 hours the examination fee will be 75 rs. |
