Re: Information about Pay Hikes and Growth in L&T ECC division under BIS scheme? well, i know certain guys who work in L&T ECC division. from what they have told me is that you will have to work depending upon the project. if its lagging behind schedule, you will have to work extra time not just that, you remuneration hike is too bad. they give you what you were offered in the beginning for a long time.... and they increase it only if you have attained very high skills. |

Information about Pay Hikes and Growth in L&T ECC division under BIS scheme? i just want to know pay hikes and growth in l&t ecc division under BIS SCHEME and ofcourse pay scale when compared to any leading IT company like TCS ,take 5 years as reference |
