Re: What is the difference between NDA 1 and NDA 2? hey there is no difference between NDA 1 and NDA 2 the only this is that NDA 1 is conducted in starting of the year and NDA 2 is conducted in the end if the year...... there is no such class for this exam as this exam is not very hard....if you studied well in 12 then you will be definitely able to clear this exam..... there is no exam fees,but you have to pay Rs.20 at the time of purchasing the form.... all the best Reply With Quote |

Re: What is the difference between NDA 1 and NDA 2? Dear friend , In my opinion there is no difference in NDA - I and NDA - II as both the exams are conducted by UPSC for the same posts . The only thing is that NDA - I is conducted in the first half of an year where 12th appearing students too can give the exam whereas NDA-II exam is conducted in the second half of the year where only 12th pass cadidates are eligible. This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Hope the information will help you to the extent you want. |

Like NDA 1 had a age limit till dec 1991. then for NDA 2 may be having a age limit till may 1991. there is only a minor entry fee while you apply for the application form. and there is no need for joining any classes for NDA .if you are good at studies and if you are a student of CBSE......... or else if you think you are not able to do it then there are many coaching classes for NDA. the exam pattern includes -GK,maths ,history,geography,civics ,economics,physics,chemistry and biology. |

National Defense Academy (NDA) exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year to intake qualified Candidate for different department in Defense service like Indian Airforce, Indian Navy,Indian Army etc. NDA-I and NDA-II exam are conducted twice in year, because the person who was not able to attend for NDA-I exam, he can apply for NDA-II exam in the same year, without having gap between the education.This is only difference. Eligibility criteria for NDA-I/NDA-II exam: Education qualification: Minimum candidate should complete 12th class with PCM stream. Age Limit: Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years. Citizenship: Indian NDA-I exam notification for this year: Issue of application form from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012. Exam will held on 15th April 2012. NDA-II exam notification for this year: Issue of application form from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012. Exam will held on 19th Aug 2012. |

The exact difference between NDA 1 and NDA 2 is that NDA 1 Exam is going to be conducted in the month of April where as NDA 2 Exam is going to be conducted in the month of August Both NDA 1 and NDA 2 Exams will be conducted by UPSC- Union Public Service Commission every year. NDA 1 Exam was conducted on 17-04-2011. NDA 2 Exam will be conducted on 21-08-2011. If you are interested, you can apply for the exam |

Re: What is the difference between NDA 1 and NDA 2? NDA or Nartional Defence Academy takes in two batches every year. Summer and winter courses. So every year there are 2 exams conducted by UPSC. There is absolutely no difference for the 2 exams. You can apply for both exams. If you are clearing the exam, you will be called for an Interview called the SSB interview. After the interview, you will have a medical test. After successfully completing the interview and the medical test, you will be able to join the NDA. |

NDA exams are conducted twice in a year.NDA1 is conducted in the beginning of the year and NDA2 is conducted at the end of the year.Both are same. There is no fee for the exam.You need to only pay application fee i.e Rs 25/- for online submission and Rs 50/- for offline submission. |

There is no differnce between NDA 1 and NDA 2..both are for the admission in NDA but 1 is held in the month of april and the 2nd one is held in the month of august..if u clear the entrance tests,you shall be called for the 5-day Service Selection Board interview, pass your medicals, and you're in NDA. Three years in NDA and you will be a much improved person. The course for NDA 1 begins in december and that for 2 begins in july. In order to prepare for the entrance test you should be thorough with your maths ncert book and be up-to-date with daily news.you should also give a reading to the history book you had studied during 10th class.And when you have done all these buy a book of NDA which contains the previous 10years solved questions which will give you an idea on the pattern of questions which comes during the examination.. NDA exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). This exam will be conducted twice in a year. The first time in the academic year is called NDA 1 and the second time as NDA 2. For the academic year 2011, NDA 1 exam was already over on 17 th April, 2011 NDA 2 exam is going to be conduced on 21-08-2011 |

There is a difference of six months in joining of NDA (I) and NDA(II) recommended candidates. So, prepare well and try to clear NDA(I) so that you get earlier joining. All the Best... |
