HCL is one of the biggest recruiters amongst IT giants in India. HCL recruitment drives generally can be expected to have the following stages/rounds. I. Online Test II. HR Interview I. Online Test: HCL online test can be expected to be conducted for around 2 hours duration. Four major sections one can expect are 1) Quantitative Aptitude 2) Verbal Questions 3) Technical Questions 4) Logical Reasoning Question II. HR Interview HCL interviews are generally very easy to approach provided you stay cool before the panel. Questions would be from your resume. You could be questioned on your hobbies, co curricular activities etc. For example, if you had mentioned watching cricket as your hobby, you could expect some basic questions about cricketing stars and their records in the interview. You might also expect some superficial technical questions which should not be a problem at all. But I think you should be confident and be yourself. You should not be over confident. Just work hard, definitely you will get job in HCL I am attaching previous 10 years question papers. Hope those will help you a lot...... |
