IAS - INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE, to become an IAS officer one has to apply appear and crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC every year. As Civil Service exam is tough and competitive one must be very careful in preparing for this exam not after completion of Graduation but much before that.
