To study M.Tech In better colleges you have to write GATE exam or the exams conducted by colleges their own. But through GATE you get scholorships The best M.tech colleges are 1)There are 7 IIT's which are in mumbai, chennai, banglore, delhi, kanpur, gowhati 2)NIT colleges- warangal,trichy,bhuvaneswar etc.. 3)University colleges- anna university, jntu,osmania university,svu, SRM, Sathya BHama etc There are so many private colleges offering M.Tech cource. Better if you do in top 3 i mentioned above all the best |

IIT'S are the best reputed institution in India to go for M TECH followed by NIT's. So set your target for IIT and prepare to your best . All the best |

GATE eligibility: Candidate should be a Bachelor degree holders in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture (4 years after 10+2) and those who are in the final or pre-final year of such programmes.
