They will shortlist the candidates based on your aggregate. Generally there will be an aptitude test. If you qualify in aptitude then there will be a technical round and finally HR interview. These may differ from one company to other. All the Best! |

Most of the company take aptitude for fresher.. and take aptitude and technical for experience person... But this even vary from company to company. Note::if you are fresher concentrate on aptitude and if you are experience concentrate on both |
