The pattern or selection will be through following stages.

2) Psychometric profiling test
3) Group discussion
4) Personal Interview.

Aptitude test will be by online mode unlike all other exams. You need not to pay even a single rupee to apply unlike all other banks. Once you select pay scale is also very high which is nearly 3.5 lakhs per annum. And at the same time your work load is also very high.Targets will be there. You have to reach your targets.

Aptitude test consists of questions from various categories like
1)Comprehensions
2)Figurative questions
3)Verbal reasoning
4)Aptitude

For each category of questions you need to answer in the given time. Generally the time given is very low and the questions which are being asked were too easy.

There after the selected candidates of written test have to go through psychometric profiling test. Here number of questions will be asked and for every question the behaviors that you may choose will be given. Out of the four options, you have to choose the most likely behavior and the one which you mostly disagree.

Personal interview- you will be asked questions regarding your personal, academic details and subject knowledge especially related to banking
