To join the Customs Department, you should, first of all, complete your bachelors degree program. Once you have qualified the final year examination, you be eligible to apply for the post of Inspector in the Customs Department.

In order to do so, you will have to qualify Combined Graduate Level Examination.
This examination is conducted by Staff Selection Commission and apart from being a graduate, you should be within the age limit of 18-27 years.

The examination is conducted in three stages:

Tier I written exam
Tier II written exam
Interview
