You have obtained a very good score in AIEEE 2012 considering you are from SC category. The cut off for SC category is usually very low(even AIR in excess of 100000 get a seat in NITs). Getting a seat will depend on the stream you want to pursue. The cut off for computer science and electrical and electronics is the highest. Cut off for civil and IT is lower comparatively and you can expect to get a seat in the earlier rounds of counselling itself(within round 2). Getting computers or Mechanical will also be possible but in the later rounds. The counselling process through ccb has already begun.
