If you have 12th standard OR graduation degree then you are applicable for VAO exam but you age should be in between 22 to 30 years old. so , you read this books.  TNPSC VAO Exam Details: ~Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has already published notification regarding the 1870 vacancies for Village Administrative Officer (VAO). ~To apply for this exam you need to have an SSLC certificate or its equivalent. ~General minimum qualification is more than enough, however, if you have higher qualification then also you will be eligible only if you have the SSLC certificate. ~Age should be between 21 and 30 when applying for this exam. This rule is applicable only for the general category candidates. ~For the SC/ST candidates there is an age relaxation of 5 years and for the OBC candidates it is 3 years. ~Another important criteria is proficiency in Tamil language. ~Questions for the exam will come from general knowledge, general english and general tamil. Total marks alloted for the exam is three hundred and minimum qualifying marks is ninety. Generally the questions that are asked are of SSLC standard. Exam Pattern:  Scale of Pay:  Remember that the last date for applying online and paying the fees for the exam is 10th of august and and 14th of august respectively.
