Dear Friend,

* Science is a big sea. So, really one would get confused on what to choose. At the same time the job opportunities it hold is also quite interesting as it leaves people in horizons.

* On completing your higher secondary, you have a wider stream and scope to enter any field may be either medicine, engineering or arts and sciences.

* The package you get doing any of this starts from around 15,000 per month. So you may go according to your wish of opting science.

Best wishes :-)

~~~Science strem~~~
Hey frend better you do 12 with futer strem and currear in your mind. Some very good streams for you through science may be as follows.
>>Medical
Medical science is very prestigious currier option. The satisfaction of giving some one a new lease of life is amessing. It is considered a tough proffession. After compleating your 10+2 you have to give any of the pre medical entrence exam to persue coarse in medical.The coarse MBBS is generaly of 5 and a half year. 4 and a half year is study and 1 year is intrenship training.
>>>Enggineering.
It is one of the fastest growing side after industrial revolution. Most of the student who passes 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Math go for enggineering. The test you have to give for admission in enggineering collage IS IIT or AIEEE or state CETs.
Re: Which stream should i choose? I have passed 10th standard with 85.27 % marks
Dear Friend ,
Congratulations on getting such an excellent marks in 10th but now its time for you to select the most appropriate stream for your further studies.
In this case , you can answer this question better than any of us because its you who have to decide that in which field you have the most interest and think that you can perform well in that very sector.
In common , after 10th the streams that you can select one out of them are :
* Maths For B.E./B.Tech
2) Biology if you want to become a doctor or other profession related to medical
3) Commerce if you want to become a Chartered Accountant or Company secretary
4) Arts if you think that in future you can go for UPSC exams in this case you have to choose Arts and after completing Intermediate , then you should go for graduation with subjects like economics, pol. science and other.
This is teh information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Hope the information will help you to the extent you want.
Re: Which stream should i choose? I have passed 10th standard with 85.27 % marks
after the 10th examination the stream of study gets divided. generally we have 3 major lines which are different from each other. the streams are:
1)science- the science stream is the study of physics,chemistry and mathematics as its subjects(PCM). it is reasoning and logic based stream.
2)commerce-the subjects in commerce are accounts,business studies and economics. the subjects are related to business and economy.
3)art- the art stream have subjects like music, drawing, history, geography, drawing and language subject.
if you have scored good marks in 10th then you must choose science for 10+2. the science stream students have different scopes in career than other stream candidates. you should take up science. you can enter any stream from science but the reverse is not true. thus you will be left with many options if you take up science.
options after 10+2 from science stream
~B.SC(Bachelor of Science)
~B.Tech(Bachelor of Technology) in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/ECE/IT/Computer/Aeronautical
~BBA(Bachelor of Business Administration)
~BCA(Bachelor of Computer Application)
~BHM(Bachelor of Hotel Management)
you can also apply for Indian Air Force or Navy or Indian Army since the candidates need to have physics,chemistry and mathematics for applying.
the career of CA is also very popular now. the commerce steam also have many career option but not as much as science have.
Re: Which stream should i choose? I have passed 10th standard with 85.27 % marks
hello friend...!!
as per your marks,you are good in academics.
1.then you can choose both of the stream i.e. science and arts.
2.there are two fields in science medical(PCB) and non-medical(PCM).
3.both of the streams are good and have equal scope in the market or in the future.
4.if you want to be an engineer and go for business side then go for science and commerce stream respectively.
5.otherwise if you want to be a doctor then go for medical side and choose various graduation course after 12th class that are bhms,bams,bds,mbbs or bsc nursing.
Re: Which stream should i choose? I have passed 10th standard with 85.27 % marks
Hi
After Class 10th you are given a choice of streams which basically are of three major lines :-
SCIENCE
COMMERCE
ARTS
Science is the one which has to deal with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. English and 5th subjects are also to be taken.
Commerce has to deal with Accounts, Business Studies, Economics. English and 5th subject also has to be there in this also.
Arts stream has to deal with Arts, Music, Drawing, History, Geography, Hindi, English and other such subjects.
Now hopefully you have an idea about the streams and the subjects that they offer. So now you have to decide what you want to become in life, so that you choose your subject according to that.
Now coming to the difference between Science and Commerce, frankly speaking Science is considered superior to every other stream as anybody who studies Science is always eligible for all the streams related to Commerce and Arts as well. But this thing is not vice versa.
Thus Science stream deals with the technical subjects and studies whereas commerce deals with the economical, balance sheets, calculations and banking studies.
This is the major difference between Science and Commerce.
Hope this helps
All the best
hello friend,
what you choose or not its depends upon your thinking, and on your interest.
but according to me you must choose science stream , because of large opportunities in this field. For defence field, if you are interested then you must choose science as your subject. It will give you large oppinion in every field. From science field you can indirectly enters in other fields of the society.
So, according to me science is best.
But , commerce also has great importance , later you can do your MBA after doing your graduation from any recognised university.
thanks.
