BBA is a bachelor’s degree programme is the most desired course after 12th standard, which imparts management training to students. BBA course is considered as the stepping-stone in the corporate sector and BBA course helps students to develop managerial skills, communication skills, and decision-making skills. The core subjects of BBA are Finance, Accounting, Management, Information Systems, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Business Statistics etc. Eligibility A candidate who has passed 12th Standard examination in any stream with English as a subject can enroll for admission to Bachelor of Business Administration. Minimum percentage of marks has to be 45%. Minimum age of candidate has to be 17 years but may vary from university to university. Candidate who wishes to enroll for BBA has to appear and succeed in a common entrance test that is applicable to that college or university. Admission Procedure Admission procedure may vary from college to college and university to university. But, here a general synopsis regarding admission procedure is provided. Respective Colleges or Universities invite applications from candidates seeking admission in BBA Course. Governing bodies conduct entrance examination for candidates. Successful candidates are called upon for counseling and the students seek admission in BBA course in their desired college or university. Course Duration The course duration is of 3 years having six semesters. In order to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, candidate has to pass in all the six semesters. You can join BBA course after the completion of 12th class with commerce stream. candidates who have cleared 12th class in any stream are eligible to pursue BBA course. In many of the institutions, direct admission will be given for BBA course. The minimum eligibility criteria to join BBA course is by completing 12th class with any of the stream. There will be less number of institutions that give admission for BBA course on the basis of performance in the entrance exam. In that case, only thing you can do is know the syllabus for that entrance exam and try to finish the syllabus as much as you can and crack the exam. Don't think that the entrance exam is purely subject related. The entrance exam will consists of questions from -Reasoning -Aptitude -General English. Any way, for these areas to be strong enough no strong preparation is required. Best of luck |

So, don't worry you are eligible to apply for the BBA course. Some college take admission trough the score obtained in the 12th class but some top college take admission through the entrance test. so, i advise you to appear in the entrance examination for the admission in the BBA course. Do, preparation well for the BBA entrance test and get a good rank in the entrance examination. Wish you all the best.
