NET stands for National Eligibility Test. If you have completed masters degree from recognized university are eligible for NET exam.For general and OBC candidate must be hold 55%above in masters degree. SC/ST candidate must be hold 50% above in masters degree. Age criteria=> JRF = Maximum 28 years old. Lectureship/PHD = No age criteria . Re: What syllabus to prepare for UGC NET Exam in Commerce? UGC NET Exam Eligibility Criteria: To give the UGC NET Exam you need to have a PG degree with not less than 55% of marks. For the junior fellowship the maximum age is 28 years and for lecturership there is no upper age limit. NET Exam Pattern:  Here i have attached the full syllabus for you. Please go through it once.
