maximum marks : 200

minimum marks required for passing cpt:100

yes there is negative marks also:

for each wrong answer 0.5 marks deducted

eligibility for cpt:

10th pass
12th pass

with commerce as main subject

this paper is in hindi and english

Available form for CPT-08-10-12 to 26-10-12

you have required only 35% in each section.

negative marking are in this exam

CPT stands for ( Common Profession Test ) which is conducted by Indian Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.

Eligibility Criteria for CPT Examination :-

The Applicant should Complete 12th standard (or) Equivalent Examination in any discipline from recognized University . Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this CPT Examination .


CPT Examination Pattern :-

Session --->> 1

Fundamentals of Accounting -->> 60 marks
Mercantile Law -->> 40 marks

Total -->> 100 Marks

Session --->> 2

General Economics -->> 50 marks
Quantitative Aptitude -->> 50 mark

You have to score Minimum 50% in aggregate is required .





The CPT Examination is an Question paper and Objective type with Multiple choice question and the CPT Examination is divided into two sessions . Both the Sessions are Conducted on the Same day .

is there any negative marking in CPT Exam ?????

Yes there is Negative Marking system in CPT Examination . For Each Wrong answers you may loose 0.25 Marks For Every Wrong Answer. So Please take while answering the questions .
