Those candidate have completed 12th standard with above 60% are applicable for SBI CLERK exam.If you have completed Graduation degree then you are applicable for SBI CLERK Exam.Marks relaxation is provide for SC/ST/PH category.

Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old.Age relaxation is provide for Reserved category.

SBI Clerk Exam Eligibility Criteria:

~If you wish to give this exam then you need to be a higher secondary passed out student or its equivalent. At 10+2 level you need to secure minimum 60% of marks in aggregate. There is percentage relaxation for the reserved category candidates.

~Those who had opted to do diploma degree can also sit for this exam if it has not been in correspondence. This degree should be attained from a recognized institution. The duration of the course should not be less than two years and even in this case the percentage of marks to secure is 60 percent.

~If you have completed your graduation in any discipline from a recognized university and have got the pass marks then also you can apply.

~The minimum age limit for giving this exam is 18 years. The upper age limit for general category candidates is 28 years.

~Age relaxation is applicable for the reserved category candidates. It is 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in case of OBC candidates and 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

~Selection procedure for this exam basically includes: 1) Written Examination and 2) Personal Interview.

~If you get the qualifying marks in the written examination then depending on the vacancies available you will be called for the interview session. The final decision will be taken by taking together the marks of both the written exam and interview session.

~Questions will be of class XII standard basically. So if you are well accustomed with the syllabus of class XII then you will face little hindrance when preparing for this exam. It will be a objective type test mainly.

Exam Pattern:



~You have to answer five sections and each section contains 40 questions. While for every right answer you will get one point but for each wrong answer 1/4th marks will be deducted from your score. You have to finish the paper in two and a half hours time.
