Re: How is KAS prelim paper? Which books to be referred for the exam? Karnataka Administrative Services (KAS) exam is conducted by Karnataka Public Service commission. It is similar to the civil services exam for recruitment to the post coming under the group 1 & 2 Civil services post in the state of Karnataka. Eligibility: must have graduation degree. Age limit: 21-30 years. Relaxable for SC/ST/BT/BC candidates This exam is conducted in three step : 1. Preliminary Exam (Objective type). 2. Main Exam (Written type). 3.
