Dear pal, IIM is the top most business school as far India is concern and the aspirants doing masters degree in business administration from IIM are paid with good salary. So their is more competition for getting into the institute. The aspirants are admitted based on the performance of the aspirant in the entrance exam namely MAT, CAT . The aspirants are shortlised based on their marks in the entrance exam after which they are called for group discussion. Qualifying which the aspirant is eligible for the personnel interview. The aspirants doing the masters degree in IIM are appointed to the companies by campus placement which involves different stages and they are selected . They are the one who are paid high at the starting level. Few companies provide salary of about one lakh at the initial stage . And the salary increases with your performance , skill and experience. |
