I am confused what should i do which is better and M.C.A is usually of 3 yrs then how ignite is completing it within 2 yrs? They have asked for Pre Employment Orientation but there is nothing anouncement at ignite. plz reply soon as i have to join WASE by 9th july 2013. |

Re: Which one is better : WASE and TCS? Hi Dear Friend I would recommend you to go for TCS ignite program rather than WASE. WASE The curriculum of WASE is really good, classes happen on-time, company is strict about exams. If you fail exams, your performance rating will be set to "Needs Improvement" which is not good for getting projects. The dark part of WASE is that you will be bound for 4years and if you don't perform exceptionally good and stand above others, the increments, bonus etc will be low. A regular job of 4 years could be a better choice in some other company. TCS Ignite I found TCS personals happier who have done TCS Ignite. You will be free after 2 years, but in most of the cases people continue in TCS for longer period. Overall analysis will advice you to opt for TCS. Take your decisions wisely. Thank You |

I think as you have completed your graduation so in my opinion MCA is good options as MCA has good future aspects and talking about WIPRO WASE so it is also one of the good options you can choose what you want..? MCA is master degree and it is of 3 year course and this is one of the best Master degree among all master degrees so in my opinion the best course for you is MCA course i.e. Master in Computer application.. |

WASE need to sign a four years bond they are providing us with an MS degree from Bits pilani which is arround salary 10k in first year, 13k in 2nd year, 18k in 3rd year and 24k in 4th year TCS need two years bond and they are providin MCA from sastra university Tamilnadu. salary will be arround 1.8L and dont know what will it be after confirmation |

Dear friend, TCS is much more better than WASE Reasons : 1.Job satisfaction. 2.salary 3.Bearable work load 4.Good working environment 5.Helpful staff But you should have these eligibility criteria : 1.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION : The candidate must score minimum 60% marks throughout academic career. 2.STUDY GAP : Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here. 3.BACKLOG CRITERIA : No pending backlogs are allowed here. It has changed its question Pattern.Now only mathematical portion will be there, no verbal portion is there.Before TCS came to your college they sent to your college Training & Placement cell a sample paper is sent by them. You have to follow this sample question paper. According to this the online aptitude question will come.So you have to practice it very well. But from your question it is not clear that you are attempting on-campussing or off-campussing. Now I have mentioned for off-campussing also. It is quite simple compared to other companies aptitude test. W.A.S.E. which is conducted by Infosys is also good But I think T.C.S. is better than W.A.S.E. all the best. |

It provides the right competitive environment for B sc graduates who hv not yet got such kind of environment experience. After comming u will enjoy ur work. U will just see d difference before u joined to ignite n after dat. One very good thing about it is dat here u will not hv to pay for what u leran rather u will only earn. It is place the place for those who r willing to learn. Even if u are not willing to learn ignite will make u learn.And at end u will love n enjoy to learn... |
