I m shimali Kumari. I just have appeared in 12th exam and I don't know which institute I have to choose for preparation of upsc.. plz suggest me some ideas how to crack upsc.. I wanna do something better for our country

UPSC conducts civil service exam every year during the month of July-August. Exam notifications will be made in the month of May month every year.
You have to write this exam to get into this post
Eligibility:

-Age Limit: 21-32 years ( relaxation for reserved candidates)
-Should be Citizen of India.
-Should be a Degree Holder

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in any stream with atleast one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering of a recognized university or equivalent.

• All those who are appearing for the degree examination are also eligible to apply only if they submit the proof of passing at the prescribed time.

Applying for IAS/IPS/IFS exam is not related to your marks in Higher Secondary. You have to pass the Graduation in any class. There is no separate treatment for a gold medalist, no minus point for a person who passed graduation with 35% marks including moderation..

So dont worry about the marks u obtained now, study well for you graduation.

There is no percentage of marks criteria in any level to apply for IAS/IFS/IPS exam. You must be a Graduate to apply for the same.

To become IAS/IFS/IPS officer one has to appear and crack the Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC once every year.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate.

The selection is through:-

CSAT-CIVIL SERVICE APTITUDE TEST-PRELIMINARY EXAM

CIVIL SERVICE MAIN EXAM

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

There is certain Physical Fitness standard to be maintained for those applying for IPS.

UPSC conduct the civil service exam like---- IAS,IFS,IPS.

To apply for these exam,first of all you must have complete your graduation.

After graduation you can apply for civil service exam.

Eligibility:- for this exam you must
have graduate degree in any stream from recognised university.

Age should be between 21 to 30 years for general categories.

Relaxation for obc is 3 year and for sc/st is 5 year.

There are 4 attempts for general,for obc 7 attempts and no limit for sc/st.

Fee for general candidate is Rs. 100 only. No fee for sc/st/pd.

Selection Procedure:- 1. Prilims 2. Mains 3. Interview

Yes, you can apply for IAS/IPS/IFS exams.
Because there is no restriction of percentage of marks, just complete the graduation.

The eligibilities are the candidate should be citizen of india.

The age limit is 21 to 30 years, the relaxation for obc candidates is 3 years and the sc/st candidates is 5 years.

The applicant should be completed graduation from any recognized university.

Dear Aspirant!

YES of course, you can apply for IAS/IFS/IPS exam if secured 52% marks in 12th standard because there is on restriction on percentage of Marks to appear in this exam at all. There a common exam for IAS/IPS/IFS i.e. Civil Service Examination conducted by UPSC once in year. This exam is held generally in the May month.
