Yes, Allahabad University is approve by Central govt.

B.Ed course of Allahabad University is approve by U.G.C
After passing B.Ed from this university you can apply for both govt. teacher as well as privet teacher.

Yes,The University of Allahabad is recognized by University Grant Commission, as a central government university and so is the courses offered by it, including Bachelor of Education.
However, The Bachelor of Education course offered by this university is not approved by the National Council for Teacher Education-NCTE.
