If you had asked me about mechanical , then I would have suggested Germany, But for your branch ,there is a huge Research scope in USA. You will have following advantages in USA:- -Better research work -Internationally valid Degree -Good opportunity to do internship and there after job in some most respected companies of world -Opportunity , if you want to settle down there.
