Re: How to become a Police Officer after completion of Intermediate?

dear friend,
After completion of intermediate you want to become a Police officer..
Then you have to appear in IPS exam... Through IPS exam you will able to apply for police service...

IPS exam is a civil service exam which is conducted by UPSC every year..

Eligibility for IPS exam:-----------------------------

1.The candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade from a recognized university...
2.Final year candidates are also eligible for the exam.
3.No such percentage of marks is required.
4.The candidates age should be in between 21-30 years..
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years..
5. The candidate must be a citizen of India.

So, go for the graduation course first...
After completion of graduation course you can also apply for the SSC conducted combined graduate level exam....Through which you can apply for sub-inspector service...

Eligibility for combined graduate level exam:--------------------------

1.The candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade from a recognized university...
2.Final year candidates are also eligible for the exam.
3.No such percentage of marks is required.
4.The candidates age should be in between 20-25 years..
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years..
5. The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Now it is completely up to you that in which way you want to apply for police service...

//All the best//
