There are main streams that one can pursue after Class 10th are: Arts/Humanities Commerce Science Arts/Humanities Stream: Following are the key subjects that are covered under the Arts stream are: English Geography Hindi History Political Science Psychology Sanskrit Sociology Commerce Stream: Following are the key subjects that are covered under the Commerce stream are: Accountancy Business Studies Economics Economics English Informatics Practices Mathematics Science Stream: Following are the key subjects that are covered under the Science stream are: Biology Biotechnology Chemistry Computer Science English Mathematics Physics As your percentage in class 10th is low so, you should not take science stream. Re: Which stream should I opt after passing 10th with 42.71%? Hi, It would be better to opt for C.E.C or H.E.C i.e., arts group as your percentage is too low to get into Science stream.
