I have 58% in 10th , 69% in 12th and 65% in diploma in information technology. am i eligible to join hcl tech. or not??

i had 97.6% in 10 th and 81% in 12th and 76 % in ug wth no current arrears

HCL is inviting the applications every for who are completing the graduation or post graduation courses like B.E - B.TECH - M.E - M.TECH - M.CA for requiting the various posts in different deportment.

Mainly this company is providing services in application development, mainframe services, web technology, SaaS, application portfolio optimization and other IT services for that this is requiting the talented students every year.

Required Percentage:

HCL company is requiting the only for who are getting the 65 % percentage in 10th and 12th and graduation and post graduation programs. And if you have any backlogs then you are not eligible and more then 1 year gap in education career are also not eligible.

Then here are the details criteria for HCL

HCL CRITERIA DETAILS :

1.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION :
The candidate must score minimum 55% marks throughout academic career.

2.STUDY GAP :
Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here.

3.BACKLOG CRITERIA :
No pending backlogs are allowed here.

I think you have all these criteria

i have 68% in 12th and in my UG degree 86.4 but my 10th % is 53(CBSE) if i am eligible for hcl

WIll you take into account the 1st year arear also(eg: 1 arear in second sem but no arears after that with 73%)

HCL is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.

THE CRITERIA FOR HCL:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 65% in through out career.

2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.

3)Maximum 1 year gap are allowed.

SELECTION PROCESS FOR HCL:-

1)Aptitude Test.

2)Technical Test

3)Personal Interview.

You have not 65% through out career so you are not eligible for HCL.

I have attached the Placement Paper of HCL .So Please check it out.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR HCL PLACEMENT

The common eligibility criteria for HCL company is as follows..

-> 60 % above in 10th,12th & UG/PG.

-> No current arrears.

-> Maximum of 2years study gap.

-> Good communication & Technical Skills.
