Re: How to join Indian Army after passing 12th commerce  It is very nice that you want to join defence services in army and serve for the country. . You can join Indian army after completing 12th from a recognized institute in any discipline. . After completing 12th, you can apply for National Defence Academy (NDA) which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice in a year. . It has three wings : > Army > Air Force > Navy . Examination structure of NDA : At first there will be a Written Examination followed by an Interview rounds and then Medical. . You must fulfill all the required eligibility criteria to apply : > Your age must be between 16.5 to 19 years subsequent to the year of the exam. > You must be an unmarried male candidate. > You must be an Indian. > You must have a height with a minimum of 157.5 cm. > You must have a proper eyesight. Re: How to join Indian Army after passing 12th commerce Dear Friend, Yes you can join Indian Army through the NDA & NA Examination which is conducted twice very year by the Union Public Service Commission if you have passed 12th from any recognized board. The Eligibility Criteria For NDA Exam are : * You must have passed 12th from any recognized board. * Your age should lie in between 16.5-19 years. * You must be an unmarried male. * You must be an Indian Citizen. * You must be physically and mentally fit. Re: How to join Indian Army after passing 12th commerce Hai, Yeah you are eligible for Indian army after 12th standard with commerce stream, for this you have to apply NDA(National Defence Academy) exam. This exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate should be complete 12th standard from a recognised state or central board. The candidate must be a indian origin. The candidate must be physically fit. For Navy and airforce wings the candidate who completed their 12th standard with PCM subjects is only eligible but not for indian army. The age limits are 16.5years to 19years, no age relaxation. Re: How to join Indian Army after passing 12th commerce no it is not possible to join in NDA course with Commerce subjects in 12th stands candidates must and should be complete 12th stands with PCM(Science) subjects from a recognized University If you are interested to join in Indian Army you have another choice that is a CDS Exam But first of all complete degree in any stream from a recognized university NDA eligibility : Candidates must be a Indian Candidates must be complete 12th stands with PCM Course from a recognized University Candidates age limit between 16.5 to 19 years Only unmarried male person eligible Candidates physical Fit

But you need to appear for NDA entrance examination held twice in a year namely as NDAI & NDAII. The eligibility for the same is given below: 1. You must be a citizen of India. 2. You must be an unmarried and male aspirant. 3. You must be a 10+2 passed in any stream from a recognized board (which you done already) 4. Your age must fall between 16.5 to 19 years. 5. You must be physically fit. 6. You must have a good eyesight so that you can view distant objects clearly. 7. You must have a minimum height of 157 cms. Selection Procedure: 1.Written test 2. National Defence Academy(NDA) entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. To be eligible for Indian Army of CDS, one must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health. The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test. Re: How to join Indian Army after passing 12th commerce 12th commerce qualified candidates can get in to Army. For this, it is important to qualify UPSC NDA exam. Lower age limit to attend this exam is 16.5 years. 19 years is the higher age limit for the same. Candidates must prepare in a good way for NDA in order to get qualified for the same. Physical test and personal interview will be conducted for those who clear this level. |
