Re: How to get into companies like TCS? Remuneration of commercial pilots is depended on grade level of positions. Those who work in public organization can earn Rs.40000/- per month as initial salary. Apart from this they can earn other allowances. They are entitled to have benefits such as provident fund, gratuity, medical facilities and free/concessional air passage. Those who have professional experience can earn atleast Rs. 100,000 per month private firms. |

Re: How to get into companies like TCS? B.Tech graduates are eligible to apply for recruitment in TCS. They are eligible if they have secured a minimum of 60% marks from SSLC to graduation. Candidates are not supposed to have any backlogs. Recruitment is carried out on the basis of screening test and interview. There will be technical interview and HR interview in selection process. |
